Tilia cottage is furnished to a high standard for a comfortable holiday and offers accommodation for 4. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven/hob, microwave and fridge/freezer with the work surface extending to form a dining area. Guests are welcome to use the farmhouse washing machine. The lounge area has a comfortable settee and chairs, a coffee table and freeview TV and WiFi.
The twin bedroom can be configured as either a twin-bedded room or super king sized double room. Oak furniture compliments the light and airy feel of the room. The beds are made up prior to your arrival. The large ensuite wet room is accessed directly from the bedroom, all towels provided.
The master bedroom is furnished with modern design reclaimed timber furniture. There are views to enjoy across the paddock whilst having a cup of tea in bed. Again the king size bed is made up prior to arrival. The ensuite wet room over looks the paddock and all towels are provided.
Outside there is a private courtyard with patio furniture for your exclusive use, ideal for a BBQ which is provided. We also have an enclosed garden room for those slightly chillier days. Guests are also welcome to use our beautiful garden (at your own risk). Parking can be either directly outside the cottage or there is more space in the main driveway.
If any shopping is required this can be arranged prior to arrival. A welcome pack is provided for your arrival.
